The customer wanted to streamline and reduce the size of their latest tracking pod.
The pod was small and included a 3-board stack containing a GPS, a GHz radio, and the main control board.
Space was extremely limited and a panel mount indicator would not work. The harsh environment also ruled out a PCB mount indicator.
Problem: Finding an indication product that fit and allowed the user to see the indicator lights while plugged into an automotive OBD port.
