New 515 Series Reverse Mount 3mm Optopipe® Light Pipes
For Applications Where Installation From The Back Of The Panel Is Preferred.

This new panel mount light pipe series offers press-fit installation from the rear of the panel when there is no access to the front of the enclosure or installation from the back of the panel is preferred.
FARMINGDALE, N.J. (10/19/2022)—Dialight (LSE: DIA) today announced the launch of a new 515 Optopipe® reverse mount, vertical light pipe series for applications where the PCB is parallel to the panel requiring indication.
This new series has a 3mm lens output and is available in the following three lens styles: water clear flat, water clear domed, and diffused domed. Both, flat and domed, lens styles are designed for optimal viewing angles.
The flat lens versions are ideal for applications with overlays or applications where no protrusion from the front of the panel is desired.
At launch, this new light pipe series features 30 individual SKUs with a standard-length range of 0.100” (2.54mm) – 1.000” (25.4mm). Length customization is available within the given range.
This reverse mount light pipe series is built to operate with single- and multi-color, PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 surface mount LEDs.
The water-clear polycarbonate material used in the production of these light pipes is ROHS compliant, UL94-V0 certified, UV stabilized, and Halogen-free.
